Official NFL Pizza Sponsor Reveals Key Star Partnerships, Fan-Engaging Promotions and Charitable Giving Initiatives
DETROIT, August 29, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Little Caesars, the Official Pizza Sponsor of the NFL, Goes All Out in Teaming Up with Super Bowl-Winning Quarterback Matthew Stafford, running pre-game promotions throughout the season and focusing on giving back to underserved communities. Earlier this summer, the world’s third-largest pizza chain announced a multi-year partnership with the NFL.

The first TV spot will feature the Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford in a boot camp setting with Little Caesars employees and football fans, all training for the most important game of this season – securing Little Caesars pizza. The ad was created in partnership with creative agency McKinney.

Little Caesars is also launching a brand new promotion as part of this partnership. The Pizza!Pizza!® pre-game will inspire NFL fans to enjoy pizza while watching their team without missing any action during the game. When fans order their favorite Little Caesars items before the start of an NFL game this season, they stand a chance to win a variety of football-related prizes and pizza-related perks, including tickets to the Super Bowl LVII*. Pizza!Pizza! The pre-game promotion begins on the first game day of the NFL regular season on September 8with more details to be announced via Little Caesars social media and LittleCaesars.com.
Little Caesars and the NFL have a long history of giving back to the community and this new partnership includes a strong charitable giving component. The Little Caesars® Love Kitchen®, a restaurant on wheels, will visit major NFL event cities throughout the year, working in tandem with the league to give back by serving pizza to communities in need. Additionally, both organizations will make significant monetary donations in these cities to help provide ongoing support. Food insecurity is a component of the NFL’s focus on economic progress under the Inspire Change program.
The first service will take place on Wednesday, September 7 in Los Angeles during Rams kick-off week activities celebrating their Super Bowl victory and the start of the 2022 season. In partnership with the Rams and the Thinkwatts Foundation, an organization focused on community programming and local activations, pizza will be served to about 500 people at Ted Watkins Park. Furthermore $125,000 check will be presented to the Thinkwatts Foundation. The Little Caesars Love Kitchen has served nearly 4 million people in the 48 contiguous states and four Canadian provinces.
